Our Hours of Operation are:

Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm

*We also have a list of holidays that are also considered outside of business hours. You can find that here.

At this time our team is small. In order to provide you with the best possible service we do not operate outside of business or holiday hours. If you call after this time please leave a detailed message or submit a ticket by emailing support@emsp.ca. We will respond to tickets then messages in the order that they were received. Our Proactive Services customers are always a priority. We will respond to emergency tickets only as soon as possible.
