Endpoint Managed Services currently observes the following Holidays. We are not open on these days:

• Family Day

• Good Friday

• Easter Monday

• Victoria Day

• Canada Day

• Heritage Day

• Labour Day

• National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

• Thanksgiving Day

• Remembrance Day

• Christmas Holiday - We are closed on Christmas Eve Day until New Years Day

At this time our team is small. In order to provide you with the best possible service we do not operate outside of business or holiday hours. If you call after this time please leave a detailed message or submit a ticket by emailing support@emsp.ca. We will respond to tickets then messages in the order that they were received. Our Proactive Services customers are always a priority. We will respond to emergency tickets only as soon as possible.
